Jon Mullican currently serves as an Executive Minister for an 1800 member church.  He previously served in various private sector roles, including as Vice President of Business Development for Peace of Mind, which provided web based psychiatric services. Prior to his private sector experience he served as a Lt Commander in the US Navy on a nuclear aircraft carrier.  Jon holds a BS degree in Chemistry from the US Naval Academy, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.  Jon was trained personally by Peter Block in his “Civic Engagement” process and now provides consulting and facilitation services to local governments using the “Civic Engagement” Model developed and articulated in Block’s book “Community”.
