Ben Adkins

Ben Adkins has provided tools for increased effectiveness to organizations and individual employees since 1985. He has presented more than 2,800 seminars, workshops, keynotes and management retreats throughout North America, the UK and Africa receiving rave reviews and outstanding evaluations from diverse groups of large and small audiences. His primary focus is leadership development, workplace conflict management, communication effectiveness and productivity improvement.

Ben attended the University of Houston and the University of Texas where his undergraduate studies were in psychology and business. He served on the teaching staff of Texas Tech University Center for Professional Development and as a workshop leader for Leslie Graduate College, Clemson, and Rockhurst Universities. Ben is currently a faculty member of the National College of District Attorneys, for whom he lectures on leadership, office productivity and workplace conflict resolution. He is the recipient of both NCDA's prestigious Lecturer of Merit Certificate and Distinguished Faculty Award.

Ben is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). He served on the board of Tarrant County ASTD. He is a master trainer for Mediation Training Institute International and on the Board of Directors of Tarrant County Association of Mediators. He combines high-impact training skills, extensive expertise and humor to ensure his clients achieve maximum ROP - Return on People.
