Bob Cass

Bob Cass is former City Manager of Lubbock, TX where rose through the ranks after beginning his career there as an intern.  He was named Municipal Leader of the Year by American City County Magazine, as well as Best Managed City by Texas Business Magazine.  He currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor and Observer/Controller for the Texas A&M National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center and as an Adjunct Instructor with the Texas Tech University MPA Program.  Bob is a 30 year member of the Texas City Management Association, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Public Power Association.  He holds a BA in History from Lubbock Christian University, and a MA in Government from the University of Texas.
