Born and raised in North Texas, Brad Voss took an active interest in politics and local government at an early age. He began speaking publicly at the age of 12 and held leadership positions in several municipal organizations while still in high school. he is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he earned both bachelors and masters degrees.

Prior to his consulting and training career, Brad served as a pastor and minister for over 13 years. For the last 10 years Brad has enjoyed providing training and consulting to municipal governments, schools, churches, and non-profit organizations. He has designed and implemented training courses in Leadership, Management, Communications, and Customer Service. In recent years, Brad has spoken to groups of all sizes and has conducted hundreds of training sessions and workshops, personally affecting over 6000 people in more than 40 different local governments.

With experience in mediation and a keen sense of humor, Brad has helped local governments and non-profits become more successful and productive. Brad's enthusiasm for learning and teamwork permeates the classes he facilitates for Strategic Government Resources. Multiple participants in Brad's classes have noted that his practical style of teaching creates an engaging atmosphere.

Brad lives in North Richland Hills, TX with his wife, Shannon, and their two children. In his free time, Brad loves watching movies, rock climbing, and searching for the best bar-b-q in Texas
