Celebrating Differences: Inclusion in the Workplace

This curriculum discusses how supervisors are change agents for managing workforce diversity and the catalyst for celebrating differences.  This course will facilitate a better understanding of culture and diversity terms, how to respect and maximize individuality and how to keep an open mind while being able to communicate and discover how others need to be treated.
