Due to legislation affecting the employer/employee relationship, and to decisions organizations have made to improve business processes; the workplace of today is much more complicated than in the past. Principles of Public Service discusses current business ethics, identifies areas of risk, and reviews leaders' accountability for setting an ethical standard and holding both themselves and others accountable to that standard.
