Cynthia Leach
Chief Operating Officer

Cynthia Leach joined SGR as Chief Operating Officer in January 2010.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.  She began her career with Foy Incorporated, one of the earliest companies to begin automating utility billing.  From there she joined Collin County Community College as only their fourth employee helping to launch the new college district.   After that she went on to serve at a senior level with three different non profit organizations.
