Kristie brings a passion for public service that was developed and nurtured during her 7 years with the City of Round Rock. She joins SGR with over 11 years of professional Human Resources experience.
As the Senior Human Resources Manager with Round Rock, she developed and managed the Round Rock Employee Education (R2E2) Program as well as the award-winning New Employee Orientation program. In conjunction with her training & development responsibilities, Kristie was also a charter member of the Central Texas Training Alliance and worked closely with SGR to develop a Customer Service and Supervisory Academy in Central Texas.
After leaving the City of Round Rock, Kristie became the Director of Human Resources for Lone Star Circle of Care, a medical non-profit organization serving the uninsured and underserved population in Central Texas.
Kristie is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and obtained her Bachelor's of Arts in Business Communication from Augustana College.
