SGR is an alliance of local governments who have come together to offer very high quality training, at a very low cost. With almost 200 local government members in Oklahoma and Texas, we are now the largest training alliance in the nation. Each of our hubs are operated in partnership with a local host city, and are designed to deliver very high quality training at a very low cost within less than a one hour drive of our members. One hundred percent of membership dues are dedicated to ongoing development of curriculum that is specifically designed for the local government environment. The curriculum sets are also for sale to our members who wish to deliver classes in-house.

SGR membership also allows you substantial discounts on training fees for all your employees, and of course, the Human Resources Director or Training Manager is always invited to attend any class for free as part of our quality control and customer feedback strategy. As a member, you are also invited to participate in quarterly regional steering committee meetings to help make sure we are delivering the content you need on a schedule that works.
