Nancy Dreher

Nancy Dreher leads Jordan Welch, Inc., a business consultancy specializing in organization effectiveness derived through focus in the key areas of strategy, structure, process, and people.   With more than 15 years of expertise and a passion for maximizing the effectiveness of organizations and people along with a firm commitment to delivering value, Nancy's business philosophy has always centered on delivering what client's actually need. There is no one-size-fits-all approach and the transfer of learning is always a key outcome.

Nancy most enjoys spending time with her young daughter.  They love ice cream cones, spray parks, reading, and playing with their dog Gussie.  At the end of each weekday, they ask one another, "What made you happy today?"  Nancy has found that her consistent answer is, "I got to help someone today."
