Frequently Asked Questions:

• Can an employee resume where they left off if interrupted? Yes. When the employee logs back in, he/she will be asked, "Do you wish to resume?"  He/she needs to click "Yes" to resume where he/she left off.

• How long does an employee have to complete the training? The viewing window is 30 days after access information has been assigned. If the employee is unable to view the course during that time, simply email to have the viewing window extended.

• Can our organization purchase a session for one employee and allow other employees to view the presentation?  SGR courses are $39.00 per person. 

• Can our organization preview the material before purchasing? Yes. The person responsible for coordinating training for your organization may preview the presentation in its entirety at no cost. Please note, the preview is for preview purposes only. SGR will not generate a certificate of completion for a preview of the materials.  Please contact Krisa Delacruz at for more information.
  

• Who do we contact if we have technical issues? Please double check your login data, then attempt to login again. If you successfully log in, but cannot view the course, please contact your IT Department. Often a pop-up blocker is preventing the course from loading. If you try these steps and cannot launch the course, then please email . We will typically respond within one business day.
