Riley Harvill

Dr. Riley Harvill is co owner of the Harbeck Company and has over 25 years of experience working with organizations, with particular expertise working with Police and Fire Departments on Sexual Harassment issues.  He is in demand as a speaker nationally and internationally after serving as an Associate Professor of Counselor Education at the University of North Texas for 14 years. He previously served on the faculty at Louisiana State University, and the University of Hong Kong.  He also served as a Visiting Professor of Organizational Development at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Computer Science in Warsaw, Poland.  Riley has written four books, one on counseling, one on sexual harassment, one on sexual harassment in law enforcement, and one on fire officer coaching. He holds a BA in Psychology, as well as an M.ED and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, from the University of North Texas.
