RM Walker is an accomplished manager, trainer and consultant with a passion for transforming people's professional and personal lives.The techniques he develops allow employees and leaders to effectively maneuver through organizational challenges and strategic planning. His background includes 15 years of human resources management experience in needs assessment, resource identification and process/change management.
RM is an outstanding communicator with exceptional verbal, facilitation, counseling and coaching capabilities. Trained in a variety of facilitation methodologies, he has the ability to lead diverse group meetings. He also has designed and created a variety of training curricula and organizational initiatives.His clients in the public sector include the city municipalities of Marble Falls, Hutto, Lakeway and Pflugerville as well as government agencies such as the Lower Colorado River Authority, Department of Health and the Office of the Attorney General. Eight years of expertise in the private sector has given RM opportunities with several companies, including Dell Inc., Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Applied Logic.

RM is a business management graduate from the University of Maryland and served in the U.S. Air Force. A father of two children, he loves theater arts, traveling, music and spiritual growth.
