Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Online Training

This complete Lean Six Sigma DMAIC course prepares participants to perform the role of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Materials are a comprehensive curriculum covering everything within the Lean Six Sigma D-M-A-I-C (The acronym for core phases of the Lean Six Sigma methodology used to solve process and business problems through data and analytical methods: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) body of knowledge required to successfully prepare students to achieve Green Belt certifications and performance standards.

This course is a rigorous learning experience, upon completion of which, you will receive designation as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Strategic Government Resources.  There are no prerequisites for the Green Belt Certification course. The coursework is designed to equip you for the role you will play within your organization and as such, is comprehensive in scope per that role.  It is important to note that Six Sigma Green Belt training has been developed for the private sector and terminology and context are not local government specific.  However, the principles and concepts you will learn in this course have tremendous applicability to local government.

Course Objectives – By the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Articulate and Implement aspects of the Six Sigma Green Belt level Define Phase including selecting projects and elements of waste.

  • Articulate and Implement the following Green Belt level Six Sigma Measure Phase elements: Process discovery, Six Sigma statistics, measurement system analysis, and process capability.

  • Articulate and implement the following Six Sigma Analyze Phase elements: “X” sifting, inferential statistics, hypothesis testing normal and non-normal data

  • Articulate and implement the following Six Sigma Improve Phase elements: Process modeling regression, advanced process modeling, and designing experiments.

  • Articulate and Implement the following Six Sigma Control Phase elements: Advanced experiments, advanced capability, lean controls, defect controls, statistical process control, and Six Sigma control plans.

Course Information:

  • Takes approximately 120 hours to complete
  • Course is self paced. If interruped, user may resume where he/she left off.
  • Participants have up to 12 months to complete the training.
  • Course includes 619 page Participant's Guide and personalized certificate of completion.

Bill Me

Use this Registration Form to register participant(s) for one or more courses.   Populate all required fields.  Then save the form in Excel or .cvs format and email it as an attachment to finance@governmentresource.com.  An invoice will be emailed to you.  Upon receipt of payment, participants will be uploaded into the Pay-Per-View system.  Each participant will be emailed the access information for the course(s) for which they have been registered.  Please note that a $20 manual billing fee will be applied to all "Bill Me" orders.
