The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a public health emergency of international concern. COVID-19, along with other human biological incident threats, create situations where local government leadership must operate and respond in a VUCCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Chaotic, and Ambiguous) environment.
This workshop will help organizations prepare for unexpected public health and emergency management situations and covers topics including:
