SGR has developed a comprehensive approach to leadership development, called Fourth Dimension Leadership, that starts at the very front line of an organization and proceeds upward throughout all levels.
All courses are designed with a coherent philosophical framework that ensures consistent and effective development of employees as they progress through the system. SGR offers over 60 different courses and each live in-depth training session is approximately four hours long.
SGR has also pioneered a regional collaboration model for live, in-house employee development, which allows the host organization to contract with SGR for the training and then sell 15 seats to area organizations. If the organization can sell 15 seats to surrounding local governments, the net training cost for the host organization is zero.

SGR Webinar Wednesday: Building Trust with Immigrant Communities - Free Webinar (Open)
- Date: 08/05/2020 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Time ZoneCentral Time
Join us on August 5th to discuss why engaging our immigrant communities makes people safer in our cities. Building trust is vital for decreasing fear and victimization, as well as increasing cooperation with our government officials, especially during a crisis.
Our guest will be Ennis, Texas Police Chief Andy Harvey, who recently was one of 14 police chiefs and sheriffs who were interviewed by the Police Executive Research Forum and the Law Enforcement Immigration Task Force, detailing ways they have successfully overcome language barriers, cultural differences, and in some cases, mistrust of law enforcement agencies when conducting outreach to their immigrant communities. Chief Harvey is the author of Excellence in Policing, Simple Ways to Increase Citizen Satisfaction During Every Encounter and has testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on immigration and policing today.
