Executive and Leadership Consultant
Colleen is an executive with experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors, having served as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer. Her responsibilities have included oversight of administrative, human resources and customer/client services functions for organizations of up to 10,000 employees. Passionate about lean practices and continuous improvement, she currently serves as an HR executive and senior consultant. Colleen’s innovative approach and commitment to customer and client service have garnered a number of honors, including three Arizona Governor’s Awards.
Colleen has helped many organizations address their leadership and workforce development needs in a dynamic and results-oriented way. She is in frequent demand as a speaker, facilitator and panelist at the national and state levels, and she has authored and contributed to publications on HR.
