City Manager, City of Carrollton, TX
Erin Rinehart received her undergraduate degree and Masters of Public Administration from Texas Tech University. She began her career in the City of Lubbock, in the City Manager’s Office. Ms. Rinehart started as a Budget Analyst for the City of Carrollton in 2003 and has since held the roles of Assistant to the City Manager, Human Resources and Civil Services Director, and Assistant City Manager. In 2017, the City Council appointed Ms. Rinehart as the City Manager. She is a member of the Texas City Management Association and a former President of the Urban Management Assistants of North Texas. She has served as a Board Member on the Public Employee Benefits Alliance (PEBA), the Texas Tech MPA Alumni Board, and currently serves on the North Texas Emergency Communications Center (NTECC) Board.
Erin is happily married to her husband, Michael, of 12 years and has two precious children, Kennedy (8), and the wildest Rinehart of them all, Hudson (6).
