Andy Duke

Andy Duke brings over two decades of leadership and coaching experience to the SGR team. His professional journey is rooted in a deep-seated belief that servant leadership best ensures organizational health and long-term success. Andy has sought to implement servant leadership principles as a full-time pastor, church planter, and non-profit project manager in Georgia, North Carolina, and Colorado. He consistently leads teams to implement strategic pathways for personal and organizational growth.

Andy is a certified coach and assessor with the SEND Network and a certified Life Younique Primer coach. This experience has allowed him to help leaders discover their unique calling while building resilient organizations. His facilitation style is focused on listening and stirring up innovative and thoughtful discussion around key issues.

Andy lives in Severance, Colorado, with his wife of over 20 years, Heather, and their three children. When he isn’t coaching or facilitating, you will probably find him enjoying good coffee, exploring the Rocky Mountains, reading a high fantasy novel, or playing the guitar.
