Dr. Danny Dickerson

Sr. Vice President of Leadership Development

Dr. Danny L. Dickerson’s journey as a leader began in the United States Air Force, where he rose to the rank of Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. It was there that he first discovered his passion for building people, strengthening teams, and guiding organizations through change. After retiring from the military, he continued that mission as a Federal Executive, where he spent more than two decades transforming large- scale organizations by designing leadership development programs, strengthening workforce planning, and equipping managers with the tools to lead effectively in complex environments.

As a Federal Director, he led groundbreaking initiatives that reshaped workplace culture. Among his most significant contributions was the development of a workplace bullying prevention program that became a model for federal agencies. His work not only addressed organizational challenges but also created safer, more respectful environments where people could thrive.

Driven by a belief in the power of servant leadership, Dr. Dickerson’s approach has always been rooted in humility, integrity, and compassion. He views leadership not as a position of power, but as a calling to serve others, uplift communities, and ensure that every individual feels valued and heard. This guiding philosophy shapes both his executive coaching and his leadership development work.

Dr. Dickerson now brings this vision to local government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. Whether speaking at a national conference, facilitating an executive retreat, or coaching a team, his goal is the same: to help leaders align people, values, and mission in ways that transform culture and inspire lasting change.

Dr. Dickerson holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a focus on bullying behavior, a Master’s in Divinity and Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Management and Psychology. This academic foundation, combined with his military discipline and federal leadership training, allows him to bridge theory and practice with strategies that are both research-driven and practical.
