Kim Thieme

Kim Thieme joins SGR with a background in both public and private sectors, with a passion for serving clients. She served the City of Weatherford, Texas in a variety of roles, most notably as the Downtown Revitalization and Special Events Manager where she earned the City National Recognition in the Main Street Program, just two years into the City becoming a Main Street Community. More recently, Kim spent 9 years with an A/E/C firm, also serving local governments. She was a member of the Executive Team where she managed executive communications and co-led the firm’s strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts. SGR’s servant leadership philosophy and passion for helping local governments thrive were just a couple of the things that excited Kim most about joining SGR.

Now back in her hometown of Colorado Springs, Kim and her husband enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, and spending time with their kids, families, friends, and pups.
