Lisa Shook’s passion for public service is deeply rooted in her hometown of Graham, Texas, where she has actively contributed to a variety of community organizations. She has previously served as a member of the Graham Rotary Club and as a Director on the Board of Remembering Wyatt Dale Water Safety Awareness. Her past involvement also includes roles with the Graham Crisis Center and the Graham Farmers Market Board of Directors, reflecting her ongoing commitment to making a positive impact at the local level.
Lisa joined Strategic Government Resources (SGR) in 2022, initially serving as the Leadership Development and Strategic Foresight Coordinator before stepping into her current role as Business Services Coordinator. Prior to joining SGR, she managed the Graham Chamber of Commerce, where she supported local businesses and economic development efforts.
A graduate of the You Lead program in Graham, Lisa brings a strong foundation in community leadership and a deep appreciation for the history and culture of Young County. Her role at SGR allows her to apply her experience and passion for service in support of local governments across the country.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time at the lake with her husband and their children.
