Sr. Coordinator of Leadership Development

Rana joined SGR as a Leadership Development Coordinator in August of 2020 with a background in public school teaching, fundraising, outreach, and stewardship, and she uses this experience to provide quality customer service along with stewardship while building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships when serving SGR and our clients. SGR’s mission, core values and commitment to Servant Leadership were just a few of the things that excited Rana most about joining SGR.

Rana has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a focus in education from Abilene Christian University. Rana taught fourth grade for 10 years and then returned to ACU as an employee for over 7 years where she worked as an Exceptional Fund Officer and then a Foundation Resource Officer.

Rana and her husband enjoy country living, traveling, antique shopping and spending time with their families and children.
