Tracy Madison has over 20 years of combined experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She has worked with numerous Corporate, Municipal, Educational, Non-profit and Religious Organizations providing expertise in the areas of Performance Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Change Management, Team Effectiveness, Employee Relations and Anti-Harassment. An energetic and enthusiastic public speaker, Tracy began her career in the media working in television, radio, and print media, sales and marketing. She has taught and managed programs for various colleges and universities.

Many of the organizational programs she has created are “award winning.” Tracy managed Human Resources and Organizational Development functions for the #1 Retailer in the World and 2nd largest employer in the United States (Wal-mart Corporation), the International French owned ACCOR North America Hospitality Chain Portfolio, which included Motel6/Studio6, and the City of Dallas. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. Tracy has been a Certified Public Manager (CPM) since 1995. She has served as an Adjunct Professor with the University of Phoenix, ground campuses in Dallas, Texas and online, where she taught presentation skills and various business communication and humanities courses. Participants in Tracy’s audiences are engaged, eagerly motivated and inspired by her gift of storytelling, humor, and gifted wisdom and expertise. Her audiences often walk away with a value-added experience.
