Troi J. Cluse

Troi Cluse is an experienced professional who joined SGR in April 2024. As the Interim and Consulting Coordinator, Troi is committed to making a positive impact in local government. She supports organizations and their leadership by providing strategic guidance and facilitating seamless transitions during interim periods.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Technology and nine years of expertise in Local Government Administration, she previously served as the Assistant to the City Secretary of the City of Balch Springs, Texas. Her background includes a unique blend of administrative skills and Marketing Graphic Design.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Troi finds joy in acrylic painting, playing Minecraft video games, and traveling with her friends and family.
