Our facilitator-led courses deliver high-quality, engaging leadership development designed specifically for local government professionals. Each session blends real-world experience, interactive discussion, and practical tools that participants can apply immediately. Whether hosted for a single organization or shared across multiple communities, our live training builds confidence, strengthens performance, and supports long-term organizational success.
SGR also offers virtual training classes through Zoom or other platforms preferred by your organization. Participants can attend remotely and interact with instructors and peers. Virtual sessions are typically 90 minutes long, but can be extended to two hours for Q&A.
SGR provides session registration, participant correspondence, materials, the virtual platform, the facilitator, and a session administrator for facilitator-led virtual learning.
